3 Account Registration & Verification

6 User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is expressly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms, entitling bdd88 to take any or all of the remedial actions described in Section 7 (Account Suspension & Closure):

- Multi-accounting: Registering, operating, or using more than one account on the bdd88 Platform, whether under your own name, a fictitious name, or the name of a third party.

- Exploitation of technical errors: Deliberately exploiting any software error, malfunction, pricing error, or miscalculation on the Platform. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided and the responsible account closed.

- Unauthorised access: Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer any part of the software, or interfere with the Platform's technical infrastructure.

Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate investigation and may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where applicable.
7 Account Suspension & Closure
bdd88 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:
- Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
- Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time after being requested to do so
- Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, collusion, or other prohibited conduct
- Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the player with their payment provider
- Detection that the account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2
- Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request requiring account closure or fund freezing
Voluntary Closure: You may request closure of your bdd88 account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawal requests will be processed to your verified payment method and any remaining real-money balance (after deducting any active bonus funds) will be returned to you. bdd88 shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

- Technical failures, server outages, connectivity issues, or any interruption to the Platform caused by factors within or outside bdd88's reasonable control

- Unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain credential security
- Decisions made by you in reliance on information published on the Platform that was subsequently updated or corrected
Nothing in these Terms shall limit bdd88's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights under applicable Bangladesh consumer protection law.
